Our Chef Guillaume Collet is a fine food and local produce enthusiast. He and his team present all the classic Burgundy dishes in their own unique style. Fresh and seasonal products are made into beautiful and colourful dishes with authentic local flavour.

Our menu changes according to market arrivals, to ensure we always offer you the very best . The produce is carefully selected for quality and freshness, prepared and cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented .
